1. Click Go Back, then navigate to Sites.

Click on Chat Widget along the top on the right.

2. Make desired adjustments to the intro message, avatar image and custom greetings.

3. Click Widget window, then Acknowledgment settings and review the message options. The default text is sufficient for most cases.

4. Click Save

1. If we are working with you to build your website, you may skip this and continue.

2. If your website is on another platform, you can click Get Code, copy the code, and install this in the Body or Footer section of your website. If you have a web developer, you can send them the code.
